Beef Radish Stew

This is the Chinese-style beef stew. It can be eaten with noodles like the Cantonese Beef Stew Noodles. 


Ingredients: 
- 1kg of beef shinn 
- 1-2 white radish 
- 2 tablespoons of light soya sauce 
- 2 tablespoons of dark soya sauce 
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 bay leaves 
- 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder 
- 1 dried chili 
- 2 tablespoons of sugar 
- 1 teaspoon of corn flour 

Procedures:
1) Place beef shinn and radish in slow cooker. 
2) Add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, bay leaves, five-spice powder, dried chili and sugar. 
3) Add water until it slightly covers the ingredients. 
4) Cook at medium setting for 4 hours. 
5) Add corn starch until it turns thick.
