Bread Crumbs Mussels

Here is another easy to make tapa - breadcrumbs mussels.


Ingredients:
- 900g frozen cooked mussels 
- 5 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs 
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced 
- 1 teaspoon of salt 
- 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs 
- mozarella cheese 

Procedures:
1) In a frying pan, add olive oil and fry garlic until fragrant. 
2) Add breadcrumbs, salt and mixed herbs and fry until fragrant. Set aside. 
3) In an oven tray, arrange the mussels in a layer. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs to each mussel. 
4) Sprinkle some mozarella cheese on each mussel. Bake at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes. Serve.
