Beer steamed clams

The highlight of this dish is the sauce. Beer with fresh seafood make such a good combination.


Ingredients:
- 1kg of clams
- 1 can of beer
- 1 bulb of garlic, minced
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian herbs
- 1 knob of butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sugar

Procedures:
1) Wash the clams
2) In a frying pan, melt a knob of butter. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant.
3) Add chicken cube, sugar and mixed Italian herbs. Fry for a minute. Add beer to the pan.
4) Add clams. Cover the pan with a lid and let the clams simmer for 6 minutes.
5) Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
