Tumeric Rice

Tumeric has lots of health benefits, including cancer prevention effects. Tumeric Rice is fragrant and goes well with meat dishes.


Ingredients:
- 4 bowls of cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons of tumeric powder
- a handful of raisins
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Procedures:
1) Add a little vegetable oil to frying pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry until aromatic.
2) Add tumeric powder and fry until it turns slight brown.
3) Add cooked rice and mix well with cumin and tumeric powder.
4) Add 1 teaspoon of sea salt and a handful of raisins. Mix well. Serve.
