Roasted Pumpkin

We first ate this dish at Black Penny Pub. Loved it, recreated it!


Ingredients:
- 1 whole butternut pumpkin
- salt, sugar, paprika

Procedures:
1) Slice butternut pumpkin lengthwise.
2) On each slice, sprinkle some olive oil, salt, sugar and paprika.
3) Bake at 160 degree celsius for 1 hour. Flip over half way through the baking time. Serve.
